**Job Summary:**  
This position has responsibility for two key operational functions: **Packaging & Inventory Management** and **Recycling Program Management**.

On the Packaging & Inventory side, the role manages packaging material inventory, material dispensing, order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and related warehouse transactions to support production and customer requirements.

On the Recycling Program side, the role interfaces with UDC customer to align and exceed expectations of material and service delivery. This role collects inputs from various stakeholders throughout customer, UDC and external partners to enable successful program execution.

Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, accurate recordkeeping, and effective communication with internal teams, customers, and global business partners.

**Qualifications:**

- 5+ years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, quality, or customer support within the OLED/display, chemical, or materials industry.

- Degree in an engineering or science discipline is strongly preferred.

- Technical background sufficient to understand and follow up on material processing and quality.

- Proven coordination, project-management, and interpersonal skills across cross-functional and global teams.

- Business-level English for regular communication with HQ, customers, and external partners.

- Proficiency with ERP/inventory systems and strong documentation/data-tracking discipline.
