Job Summary:
This role manages end-to-end Packaging operations (including material dispensing, order fulfillment, and inventory control) together with material flow coordination. On the material flow side, the person coordinates material movement across the customer, partners, and UDC HQ, and follows up on production status and quality issues. The role requires strong coordination, accurate documentation, and regular communication in English with global teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Packaging, Dispensing & Fulfillment
Process customer orders and perform material dispensing, labeling, packaging, and shipment preparation with high accuracy.
Run day-to-day Packaging operations and coordinate shipment schedules with logistics providers and carriers.
Manage inventory and support periodic physical inventory audits.
Material Flow Coordination
Own the end-to-end material flow cycle: receipt, coordination at partner sites/HQ, delivery scheduling, and related inventory management.
Follow up on production status and quality issues, driving items to closure with the customer, partners, and UDC HQ.
Lead the periodic material flow review and maintain the related status/inventory trackers.
Serve as the material flow communication point among the customer, partners, and HQ, escalating quality or supply issues as needed.
Quality, Documentation & Compliance
Maintain accurate shipment, inventory, and material flow records ensuring traceability.
Support quality verification, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
5+ years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, quality, or customer support within the OLED/display, chemical, or materials industry.
Degree in an engineering or science discipline is strongly preferred.
Technical background sufficient to understand and follow up on material processing and quality.
Proven coordination, project-management, and interpersonal skills across cross-functional and global teams.
Business-level English for regular communication with HQ, customers, and external partners.
Proficiency with ERP/inventory systems and strong documentation/data-tracking discipline.
