OM2 (OLED Material Manufacturing Limited) is located in Shannon, Ireland, and is a wholly owned subsidiary of its Irish parent company, UDC Ireland Limited (UDI), and, ultimately, Universal Display Corporation (UDC).
Job Summary:
The OM2 Fulfillment Team Leader will lead a team to complete the order generation and fulfillment (OGF) process at our Shannon facility, ensuring that all customer orders and fulfillment requests are completed successfully with consistent practices used at our other fulfillment sites. This position is a hands-on role. In addition to participating in the day-to-day order fulfillment functions, this role will be responsible for OM2 material handling and inventory management of raw materials and finished goods. This position requires close coordination and communication with other groups at our Shannon facility and personnel at other UDC facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead order fulfillment at our Shannon facility, including close coordination with the order generation team, oversight and participation in fulfilling customer orders and special shipment requests.
Oversee OM2 material handling including receipt and disposition of UDC raw materials and finished good inventory and monitoring/maintenance of inventory records at our Shannon site.
Effectively communicate and work with the global UDC team to coordinate daily activities as well as drive standardization of practices across multiple regions to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Proactively identify areas for improvement and work with colleagues to resolve.
Maintain the highest standards of laboratory housekeeping and practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum Leaving Certificate; 3rd level qualification (Certificate/Diploma or Degree) in a technical field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience within a laboratory, chemical or pharmaceutical environment; fulfillment experience is a plus
Track record of team leadership, coaching, and building a high‑performance culture
Appetite for working in a fast-paced environment needed.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong adherence to quality standards; experience working in ISO or GMP environments preferred.
Six Sigma Green Belt certification (or equivalent continuous‑improvement training) is a plus.
Driven to look for ways to improve and promote quality and efficiency.
